In order to achieve the special victory points for "Completed Village", production- and exchange-buildings must have a villager placed on them. Since victory point buildings never have villagers placed on them, they always count for village completion.

The Gameboard Faces

Notice the differences among the 24 faces on your gameboard.

Hair and eye colors are different; some faces have rosy cheeks, beards, mustaches, or big noses; some are wearing hats or glasses. As you play, you'll notice several other differences among the gameboard faces.

Place all letter tiles in the pouch or facedown besides the board. Then mix or shuffle them.
