Setup

Separate CHALLENGE and CENSORED cards into two separate decks and place face down.

Divide players into two teams of at least two. There's no limit to how many players can be on each team.

Decide which team takes the first turn.

  • Shuffle the 77 Cartoon Dilemma Cards and deal five to each player, Place the remaining Dilemma Cards face down to form a Draw Pile.

Setup

  2. Shuffle the Game cards and deal:

    • 2 to 3 Players: 9 cards each per round

Object of the Game

Expansion 1: The Flagship


Setup

Place the Flagship token next to the Ship tokens, with the Project side faceup. Roll two dice, rerolling as necessary until you get two different results.

Take the two Factory cards showing the two numbers you rolled and place them faceup in front of you. Return the unused Factory cards to the box.
