Take the Mayor, Seer, and Werewolf cards, and add Villager cards so that the total number of cards is one more than the number of players. For instance, with six players, use 1 Mayor, 1 Seer, 1 Werewolf, and 4 Villager cards. If playing with 7 or more players, use a second Werewolf card.
