Description:

Every picture tells a story, but what story will the picture tell? Dixit is a beautiful illustrated card game where your imagination unlocks the tale.

A storyteller will tell a short phrase or word to match the image on his card. The players must select cards that match a title suggested by the storyteller and attempt to guess storyteller's card.

Guessing right is only half the battle. To reallly succeed, you must convince everyone else that your card is best, and you'll do even better.

When nobody or everyone guesses the correct card, the storyteller scores no points. Else, the storyteller and whoever guessed correct scores 3 points. Players can also score points when somebody vote for their cards.

The game ends when a player scores 30 points or when the deck is empty.

Dixit was created by Jean-Louis Roubira and first published by Libellud.
