You must find a cure for at least one disease within the first 3 rounds.
Once you get to two rounds left in the game, you must stop and plan out your remaining turns
Don't play special cards too early.
Hit the hotspots early.
Clean Up after an outbreak
Do not do anything without asking: why am I doing this?
Stick to your roles abilities whenever possible!
Shuffle the Epidemic cards into EQUAL piles, and Always expect an Epidemic card to appear.
Know that you are allowed up to 7 outbreaks without losing.
Exhaust cards sparingly, and only use the special action cards when you have to, not when you want to.
If you lose, you cannot win!, if you win you cannot lose. The first priority is to hold back defeat, your second priority is to research cures.
It's worth sacrificing a card to transport yourself to the scene of multiple outbreaks.
If you don't use your cards, you'll lose some of them anyway - there's a 7-card limit per player.
Hold onto Player Cards for cities in South America and Sub-saharan Africa.
Don't be led astray by easy cures.
Beware the early eradication.
Lead the infector deck, don't follow it.
