In the bottom row (highlighted), you can see two pairs (1-5).

You can see that they only lie along one line.

So, we can remove the other candidates of 1's and 5's in the row.

We have a single candidate 6 now.

This one is tripple and maybe more difficult to see.

What you have are 3 cells which contain 1,3,8 and no others.
